Serving methods

  • Noodle with soup – Boil well the favourite flavoured soup; put the noodles into pot to cook for 1-2 minutes after water is boiling.
  • Fried Noodle – Fry flavouring materials well, put the ready noodles and condiment into a pot together to fry for 1-2 minutes. Dress with tomato paste according to taste before serving.
  • Dressed Noodles – Boil water first, and put noodle to cook for 1-2 minutes, take out and dress with favourite flavourings, and then serve.
  • Chafing Noodles – Put the ready noodles into boiling hotpot to cook for 1-2 minutes, and then serve with dressing or favourite sauce.
